The Book

Pivot with Promise

Her story, told the way she tells it from the stage. Childhood trauma, divorce, single motherhood, and 25 years of building businesses while believing productivity was the same thing as worth. It hit #4 in Hot New Releases one day after launch, and readers have been finding her through it ever since.

Planners often pair the keynote with a book table or bulk copies for attendees. Ask about it when you inquire.

Her Framework

The R4 Method™

Every keynote moves a room through the same four stages, in order. It is the thing your attendees are still using in January, and the reason your event gets credit for the change.

01

Reflect

Take an honest inventory of where you actually are, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, and professionally. No performance, no highlight reel.

02

Release

Let go of the fear, shame, guilt, limiting beliefs, and borrowed weight that were never yours to carry in the first place.

03

Receive

Receive truth, healing, wisdom, and the help you have been refusing. Asking is not weakness. It is strategy.

04

Rise

Take intentional action and walk in purpose on purpose. Not winging it. Deciding.

About Tasha

Not a motivational speaker. An operator who lived it.

Natasha Pinkney started her first business at 21 and never stopped. Over 25 years she has built and run companies, owned commercial property, invested in residential real estate, made payroll in seasons when she did not know where the money was coming from, and closed businesses on her own terms when it was time to move.

For most of those years she told herself she was just doing what she had to do. Surviving. It took her two decades to say the truer thing out loud: she was not surviving. She was building, and she never once gave herself credit for it.

That is the message she brings to a room. Known online as Tasha Tells the Truth, she speaks to women who are successful on paper and exhausted underneath it. The ones who cannot afford to take an L at work or at home, so they carry everything and call it normal. Her bestselling book Pivot with Promise and her signature framework, The R4 Method™, give those women a repeatable way out of survival mode and into intentional decisions.

Her faith is the foundation under all of it, and audiences feel it. It shows up as conviction and honesty rather than a sermon, which is why she works as well in a corporate ballroom as she does in a sanctuary.

Signature Keynotes

Three messages. One job: move the room, then give them the map.

Each keynote runs through The R4 Method™ and can be tailored in length and focus for your audience. Keynote, breakout, half-day workshop, or virtual.

Keynote No. 01

Making Pain Look Pretty

Why high-achieving women stay stuck, and how to break free

Women become experts at looking strong while quietly carrying the weight. This keynote names the cost of that performance out loud, then walks the room through The R4 Method™ so they leave with reflection tools, real encouragement, and action steps instead of a feeling that fades by Friday.

Wise Women Don’t Walk Alone
